Brand new Volt 276. The UA connect app will verify my box's firmware and let me download ableton + other plugins. If I switch the box off, in UA connect it says "firmware not connected". Switch it back on, its connected.
For control panel program and console:
I went through all the necessary Security changes for Silicon m1 apple computers. I finally got to the "Allow" portion and got past that error box.
Now, I can't open the control panel because "Connect UA device" error. I just updated my mac os to the latest version of Sonoma. Idk what to do. Not super familiar with mac os. never used any UA products before. I could use some help
I've swapped cables around and power supply. Currently using usb-c to usb-c . I also tried the usb-c -> usb that came with the volt with an attached usb-c adapter and that didnt work either.
