Connection Error (-91) on MAC M1/Apollo solo

Hello. I have recently purchased Apollo solo and I keep having a problem with connection. I use MAC M1 Mini with Sonoma 14.1.1 and a new Thunderbolt 3 Apple cable.
During regular activities (e.g. working with Logic PRO, listening to Spotify) UAD Meter keeps losing connection RANDOMLY and CONNECTION ERROR (-91) message appears on the screen.
When installing Apollo for the first time i think I messed up and skipped some steps as I hadn't noticed that there is a separate M1 SILICON installation guide. I downloaded the UAD software, then in System Settings - Privacy Security I allowed downloading applications from Universal Audio. When I realised my mistake, I followed the steps from the manual (uninstalling, recovery mode, and reinstalling the software). Obviously, the ALLOW button disappeared. Everything seems to be working perfectly until the error appears, which I find extremely annoying. It occurs randomly, several times a day. I checked the connection between my computer and Apollo and it seems to be fine. I've already contacted the support and I'm waiting for their reply.
Has anyone had a similar issue? Any suggestions?

to set up this, is VERY important to allow latency-free monitoring in the console software (because the UAD will handling with his system extension)

NEWS!

Connection Error -91 is a physical connection error - there's no setting in the software that directly influences this.
It was my NEW Apollo :( Now I Have new unit and everything is great.
