Coupon code doesn’t work…

Received this in my mail today but when trying to use it I get this message:
”Coupon code "GIFT25" is not valid.”
It doesn’t matter if I try it on a single plug - native or UAD - or the 2@$99 bundle.
What a bummer!
 
Didn't work for me this morning but.. I already used it a week ago so it's probably just a one time use. Thought this was a new one or had been reset from the email

Yeah it didn’t work for me either, but I used it previously. I also thought with this email that came this morning that maybe it had been reset. Especially since it says “share it with your friends”, but I guess not.

I did use it earlier this month but I received this new mail today, so I thought they made it work again, this last day of the year. Oh well…

If you used it and it wasn't showing in the cart, then that's expected

Used the coupon on a bundle a few days ago without a problem (C-Max and Shadow Hills). Tried it a minute ago to see if I could do it again and couldn't. Wasn't looking to buy more. Just wanted see, for my fellow forum member, if I, too, would have the same issue. Maybe GIFT25 is a one-time use coupon as Bryan mentioned? Edit: "If you used it and it wasn't showing in the cart, then that's expected" That makes sense.

Same here. I thought this was another ‘GIFT25’ $25 coupon for the last day? Bummer yes.

Yes it was obviously a once one but since I received a new mail with it weeks after I used ithe first one and with the x-mas decoration it was easy to believe they had reset it. But no. That was too naive.

My experience is that coupon codes have always been automatically deposited into my account. For example, the gift25 is listed when I go to my cart and I just have to copy it into the redemption section.

Mine disappeared without using it.

I had culture vulture in the cart with the GIFT25 applied, added k stereo then removed culture vulture. GIFT25 was not applied since k stereo is below 75$. GIFT25 then disappeared from my cart, most likely a bug. I don’t mind, it saved me some last minute purchase 😂

I received the email saying I have the coupon but it wasn’t in my account. Tried using the code regardless and it didn’t work.

I was semi surprised not to see some new coupon when I logged into my account after a recent purchase. Not
entitled to these so no complaints. Now of course I will welcome a coupon to use on that new Neve (or SSL) console that'll be out in 2024 for Luna. It is coming. :unsure: Lol

Also unable to use the new code. I did use "GIFT25" weeks ago, when it was first offered. And the email today made it sound like it was going to be available again for last minute NYE purchases. Oh well!
