Cubase 13 PolyMAX giveaway

Hi

I am eligible for the Cubase 13 rewards of UAD PolyMAX offered this month. I redeemed it and it comes up in UA Connect but when clicking download it downloads but does not install and flips back to having the download button. I logged into iLok and can see the plugin but it can only be activated on a iLok USB or a Computer account not the iLok Cloud where all my other UADx plugins are. Is this an iLok issue or has the download somehow got corrupted?

quite a few people complain over at the Cubase forums too about problems getting the license of Polymax to work. Just drop UA support a note, seem they have helped everybody to get it fixed

Thanks Glenn I have created a support ticket with UA. I think the license needs to be moved to the iLok Cloud where my other UADx licenses are but iLok manager does not allow me to do this.
