cubase freebies - uadx polymax synth

for you cubase folks, UAD teamed up with steinberg and if you have cubase 13 (or buy it), you can get the polymax synth.

I only had a chance to mess with it for a couple of minutes since I'm working at the moment, but it seemed pretty neat.

As a Cubase user I took advantage of the offer. I redeemed the code but AU connect only sees the demo I tried and not the licensed synth. I deleted everything (plug in and connect ) re-installed, but no joy. My account on the website states no products registered and the link from Steinberg says the code has already been used. Can anyone help me solve this problem. Mac book M2 Ventura system.

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.

I don’t have cubase but do have polymax and it’s great!
