Custom Bundles

Hi,

Is there a way of purchasing a Custom Bundle which, when choosing plugins, it doesn’t show the plugins you currently own? I can cross check what I have and don’t have in the studio but, on my phone, when I fancy a cheeky purchase from my sofa, I tend to stall as I’m not sure of what it is I have AND it doesn’t say at checkout whereas, if I bought one plugin at a time and I owned it, it would tell me I can’t own this twice. Confused 🤷‍♂️

Cheers,
Peter

Nope. I also wish the mobile version had the “show owned” toggle, at least then you could use that as a reminder going into the bundle purchase.

Go to your account on the Uaudio.com site. Select the buy plugins item. It should show your system 1 plugins that you already own. Take a screen shot. Now you have a record of what plugins you own before you select your new bundle.

We can't do that because MANY users have multiple systems and need to buy again.
Thank you… but, why when I try to buy a single plugin and I already own it, at checkout, will it tell me I already own it… isn’t that the same? I only have 1 System setup in my account.

The purchase flow could be better streamlined… there can be so much cross referencing, you lose the spontaneity to make the purchase… I do anyway. I still miss the feature in which you could once see the plugins you have / don’t have in a Complete Bundle.

That's why. If you have 2, it'll ask.

If you can’t remember which plugins you own maybe you own too many already :ROFLMAO:

apologies if I’m understanding this wrong…

I only have one system and, if I go through a Custom Bundle purchase, selecting plugins I already own, it will allow me to buy them.

If I just buy one, under a normal purchase protocol, it warns me at checkout that I can’t.

Hope this makes sense

lol, I do but I want to complete the collection and thus doesn’t help with the issue I’m trying raise. I simply believe the purchase process could be streamlined to make a spontaneous purchase complete.

Gotcha. Yeah, that doesn't make sense. I'll report it to the team.

That’s what I do, except I have two windows open in split-screen mode, so I can scroll and peruse my vast collection of little-used potential

You can also hide the plugins you own when browsing the store. Screenshot 2024-01-01 at 3.42.17 PM.png
