Demo Reset issues

Hi folks,

Maybe someone else has run into this. I just started using a project pak, and I purchased it used, and had ownership applied to me successfully, however after Casey issued me a full Demo reset, I was expecting to have all those plug ins that previously expired with the prior owner. Didn't work.

Either Casey is super busy or on vacation (no replies in email just yet after 2 days), I figured I'd try the board for any insights.

I followed his direction to a T:

\"I have issued you a demo reset for all plugs..

Login: my.uaudio.com. click on \"my systems\" and re-download your
software authorization file..

Then restart.

Have no programs runing..

With the .reg file on your computer you will need to drag it onto the
UAD-1 meter in your dock.\"

And the \"Start Demo\" buttons don't appear in the Authorization page of UAD-1 Meter, nor do they seem available when I try to use them in Logic.

If I don't hear anything back from here or Casey, I'll call UA tomorrow.

try \"load settings file\" (or something like that) from within the UAD-1 performance meter application to load the .reg instead of dragging the .reg-file icon onto the apps icon.

Casey helped me out last night. He's awesome! There was something weird going on with my G5, but it's all worked out.
