Difference between LA-2A Silver and LA-2A Silver

I was scanning the UA site today for any plugins I might not own since I have two coupons. I am logged in and I have the page set to hide the plugins I already own, yet it offers me the LA-2A Silver which I already own, but it has different cosmetics than mine. This screen shot shows my plugin instantiated in Logic on the left and the UA page on the right. Are these different plugins? Am I missing something? Is one from an alternate universe where the Demo label gun doesn't exist?

That's the one they were giving away for free. You don't need it, it's a cut down version of what you already have.

Is there no native version of the one I own? If that's the case, I'll spend the $24 on it using both my coupons, just for the native option.

The LA-2A Collection is definitely native/apollo. You should be good to go already.

The only reason to use your coupons on the formerly free LA-2A version is if there is any truth to some claims around the net and youtube that it "sounds better" than the LA-2A collection. I'm skeptical, but who knows.

Several of my plugs don't show as "owned" on the site, either. No idea why. They work as normal, though.

I ended up grabbing the Dytronics Tri-Chorus. for $24. At my age, that sound isn't retro, it's still cool!

The single, only benefit is that that one can be machine authorized to your computer instead of iLok Cloud. That's it. Certainly not worth paying for, the only reason a lot of us have it is because we got it for free.
