Dimension D \"timing out\"...

Hi all,

I got me the awesome Dimension D plug recently. I'm a big fan of the legendary Roland chorus!

Not sure if this should be posted in the Mac section cause maybe it has to do with the plugin itself...?
When I insert the Dimension D all works fine for a while, but for no apparent reason after some time I find the effect to be not audible anymore, as if the plugin is bypassed. When I then re-insert it, all works fine again.
Really not something I expect from UAD since in my experience they've yet to release a faulty plugin, so it might be my system anyway.
Any ideas?

System:
Mac G5 2x2
Logic 7.1.1
OS 10.3.5

Thanx,
O.

I think it's more likely to receive an answer by UA James in the Mac section, so I'll leave this one open.

Why don't you upgrade to OSX 13.9? Are you running the latest version of
the uad software? Did you install apple pro support app?

Actually, since my post I upgraded to 10.4.3 and UAD 4.1 and find the system much more stable and either of the two got rid of my dimension d problem so that's great!
I've seen that pro app support mentioned on audiorelated sites before, but can't find it at the apple pages. Do I need it...?

\"Pro apps support improves general user interface reliability for Apple’s professional applications and is recommended for all users of Aperture, Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Soundtrack Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack, Logic Pro and Logic Express\"

This is the link for the pro app support for tiger:

Logic is MUCH MORE stable with the pro apps support, that's all!
