Even the ALLSTAR50 Coupon shows Not valid

And Support Bot does not work either. Tried different Browser Edge and Firefox. Even with no secure options on, still not working.

yeah, it works perfect here and for most users.

One issue I did hear an agent talk about was if you're trying to open a ticket with an email address OTHER than your UA email, that mismatch can be problematic.

Still not working (4th Day) and no chance to get a support, because this f****** bot does not work either. UAD whats wrong on your systems? Its 2024. Please wake up. User friendly, Windows User, Plugin Resize...... don`t you want new customers anymore and existing customers are waist for you?
Very poor service...
