Do UAD Plugin demos reset after you purchase a new plugin and authorize it?

I thought they did...if yes, I recently purchased and authorized new plugins but the demos didn't reset..anything else I need to ry on my end before I reach out to support?

They are supposed to. Contact support.

As a courtesy, upon each purchase of any full UAD-2 Powered plug-in license, Universal Audio automatically resets the 14-day demo periods for all unlicensed UAD-2 Powered plug-ins in same hardware system group.

I bought many plugins (DSP and native) over the last couple of weeks, but there never was a demo reset. Maybe i need to reach out for support…

Not all the times, I didn’t understand why, but I think could be if the demo expire after the activation of the new plugin
