Do we get free licence Apollo by buying the UAD Custom 2 Bundle (Natifs) ??

I'm interested in buying the UAD Custom 2 Bundle which is currently in sales. But it seems to be only native plugins. I was wondering if by buying the native bundle, also get free licence for Apollo version available as stated on the site :

If I purchase a UAD plugin, do I get a license for the native and Apollo/UAD-2 versions?

Yes, for each UAD plugin supporting native and Apollo/UAD-2, you get one license of each.

No, you can buy any plugin you want.

When you buy plugins, you get both native and DSP. Only our Spark subscription service is native only.

Sorry, i just bought the UAD Custom 2 Bundle for the Neve 1073 and the Avalon VT-737. They showed up but it seems there a problem with UA Connect, the download isn't working. I lost all my previous downloaded plugins. I can't download none. Plus, the 2 new ones remain in Demo status.

Please help

No idea why that happened. I'd try logging out/in and doing an uninstall/delete prefs/reinstall.

Also, be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the blue Support bot and type “create ticket”

I did a reinstall. Now i get the plugins back. Thank you !
