Don't want to rock the boat ! Using 2 computers...

So I'm running my Apollo2 QuadCore on my M1 MacBook Pro (OS Ventura and UAD 10.2.4) and my old Intel MacBook Pro (OS El Capitan and UAD 9.13). I go between both computers without too much issue except having to press reauthorize plugins between (one click solution, no biggie).
Now, I want to leave my old Intel MacBook AS IS since it runs rock solid but I also want to upgrade my UAD software on my M1 machine (ironically not so rock solid) !
I'm guessing after updating to 11.0.1 on my M1, I will be prompted to upgrade the Firmware on my Apollo... SO, my concern is after a Firmware upgrade, my Apollo will no longer be recognized by my Intel MacBook. Do any of you have a similar situation ? Advice ?

IF there was a required firmware update, would your Intel MacBook still meet system requirements? IF so, no problem.

Hi Les, according to the link NO. I’m running El Capitan (and don’t want to upgrade). It states OS Catalina being the earliest version. I have a Thunderbolt 2 on my old Mac by the way.
