I've a done quick search, can anybody point me direction about the above error?

\"Sorry one or more of your plugins has been disabled - plugin was unable to load out of processing resource.\"

Then all my plugs get a 1 day to expire or expired message?

All very strange, any thoughts.

My system states the card is working. Cubase 2 /UAD ver 3.4

Yup - thats my next move, I'm a if it's not broke kinda guy. Also I've been running fine for months so I'm mystified as to why suddenly I have problems. :cry:
