Error 38 is back with the Luna update

My heart sank, I did the update on the weekend and the evil error 38 is back.

Has anyone else had this? I really thought I’d solved it last time, had about 6 months without any issues

I didn’t change anything in my set up.
Just the Luna update.
But it’s back, just as I was finishing the last mixes on my album.
I cannot get to Luna to stay working longer than a few minutes, it stops, the horrible wait for the error 38, and the force quit or crash.
I dread updates now I never know if I can keep working in Luna.
I have taken a ticket with support, just wondered if anyone has the same issue?
