Feature Request - Small improvement to Cambridge EQ

I really wish the Low Frequency Cutoff Filter (the high-pass) could go all the way up to 20kHz. Right now, the max is 5kHz. The low-pass allows you to go from 20Hz to 20kHz... I just wish the high-pass offered the same versatility - 20Hz to 20kHz. UA, please add this!

Thanks,
Todd

Exactly... I have A LOT of plugins, but NONE of them can do this... the Cambridge is one of my favorite plugins for versatility because it offers so many good filters - particularly on the high and low pass...

Just adding this last little feature would sure make my life easier...

I'd love it if you could sweep the bands all the way from the top to bottom. I use the Cambrisge a lot as a synth filter and it's really annoying when you can't sweep all the way.

Just a thought. If UA did implement this change (which I would welcome as well), it would probably have to be a completely new plugin because I suspect automation and preset saving would be messed up by the new band ranges and therefore, backwards compatibility wouldn't be guaranteed.

But each band of the Cambridge EQ is specially programmed in order to get the best quality at minimum of DSP cycles, so that there is a reason for the limits.
This is probably true... I can't imagine they would impose a limit without good reason... but surely they are capable of this - and knowing that there is a desire to see it, maybe it can be implemented. I don't mind if it takes up a little bit more processing power to make it work.

Well... maybe it's time for the Cambridge v 2.0! :) Maybe UA can improve even further on the sound quality, and add a few requested features such as this...
I've been asking for a Cambridge MkII for a long while. It should have the sound of the PEQ, whilst retaining the surgicality of the original cambridge. Plus filter improvements as asked for here. :)

I also want it to have a hidable graphic display, so I concentrate on listening without looking at curves.
