Feature request: UA MAX Needs an option to lock settings or save presets

I don't see any way in the phone app to lock down the current settings on the MAX. I occasionally inadvertently flip the toggle switch or turn a knob while setting up or breaking down, and then i have to manually reset the settings on the pedal. The most logical option would be to be able to save presets, but it can't.

Yeah Max has a different design in that the two switches turn off/on the 2 comps. I guess they could do a press/hold to save a preset but then how would you recall it? It’s a good request, but to me comp settings are always changing, and also I think it’s less critical on a guitar than say a track or bus in the daw. I’m fiddling more with the preamp than the comp settings a lot of times.

Most logical and UAFX is an oxymoron.

I think a three-way toggle switch between channels is the easy solution - in the mid position nothing happens, so you can't accidentally change settings on the two channels.

Oh yeah, sorry I was thinking about if there was a way they could implement it in the current format, for example with a software update. Several of the other uafx pedals have this function, but the max doesn’t have the same layout as those.
