I'm going to order this case so I can install the 4slot expasnion \\chassis cards in it to make it way more portable.

If this works, then aznybody looking at a 4-slot magma set-up could buy the cardset for $750,- and this case, and save almost $700,-.

Not a bad looking case--but here's an idea to save you money.
I bought a seven slot Magma on eBay for $250, and cut that bastard down to size; just big enough for UAD-1s. I used a table saw with a grinder blade, and it worked perfect. The case is aluminum, so it cut easily. The way the Magma fits together, it was easy to drill new holes and make it look ike it was built that way. So essentially, the case is approximately half as deep. This made the case lighter, and much more portable. So I have a studio and home machine, each with a controller card. The only additional expense was the second card. I could take a picture if you wish.
