Freeware K-System metering plugin?

Is there a plugin offers Bob Katz' K-System metering like in the Precision Limiter for free?
I don't need another limiter, but I want to test this metering style.

You can also set up the free PSP Vintage Meter to K-System specs.....

Voxengo Span has a K System mode, but not meters. Still for RMS monitoring a number works pretty well as it's easier to read than a meter.
