G4 speed for UAD question

Hi All:
I'm looking at getting an older Quicksilver G4 to run Logic 7.1 with the UAD card. I can't afford a G5, and I'm considering older single-processor G4s for their affordability, thinking I'll get the UAD card and then upgrade the machine to dual-processor later when I've got more cash.

I'm interested in mixing basic pop/rock tracks with this setup; 20 or 30 tracks of audio and the UAD plug-ins.

My question: can I do this with a single-processor G4 and L7.1, and if so, what's the minimum speed I should be looking at?
Thanks very much for any advice or input!

I had a QS 800 Mhz Single Proc. G4. Mixed many a project with it :) and My UAD Crad.50+ tracks (Thank God I had a UAD. :) )
