Hi, I'm in big trouble with my Galaxy Pedal, It works very well…during 5 to 10 minutes, After that, the buttons don't activate anything, when I push them, they still keep green, and no sound can be heard… I updated the firmware. I did a reset but nothing change. The only thing I can do it's to unplug and replug the power suplly set. Could you help me ? thanks

I have two different power supplies, with both I have the same issue :
-Carl Martin 9V DC/600mA
-Cadine 9V DC/500m A
On the pedal backside I see that it's better use 400mA, do you think it could be the trouble reason ?

People have had this issue with cheaper switching power supplies even that supply 400ma. If the CM you have is the DC Factory, I would think would be good though. Im guessing its a switching supply to be able to provide that much mA, but should be of decent quality.

UA recommends a few specific brands, but again, the CM seems decent. I would contact support, but also possibly get ahold of a recommended supply just to be sure. Maybe try a friend’s or go to a music store, or order one that can be returned if it doesn’t work.

Hi, I Tried to plug the Galaxy with an UAD power supply without any other pedals, and I'm in the same trouble, when I handle the head select switcher, it still stays on the first position
