GUI size is too large. Help me.

I accidentally made the GUI size 200%. Unfortunately my display & text size were 125%(Windows11), so GUI became too large. I re-sized display 100%, then the size of plugin GUI became a little smaller but still I can’t find setting icon of it. Then I removed the plug-in (Avaron) from UA connect, and shut down Windows. Then I re-installed the plug-in but it still remains same size. Therefore, I can’t make it small. My DAW is Reason12. Does anybody know how to fix this issue??? Please help me.

Drag it partially off screen to expose the pulldown where you can change it.

Hi,

You have to drag it so you can see the right edge of the plug-in and the ellipsis to click and resize.

Hmmm

Maybe move your pointer arrow to the right edge of the Avalon window. It may change from an arrow to a double horizontal arrow. If so, you can click and drag to the right to expand the window?

Also, do you have another DAW that you could load the Avalon in - maybe it is zoomed there too and you may be able to see the ellipsis?

some ideas
1) change the display settings in windows system to scale down the resolution, perhaps this will show the elipses, once done, change it back to previous setting

option 2: connect a 2nd monitor to your computer and drag the plugin window onto the 2nd screen, perhaps this will help to get access to the settings.

option 3: find out where the plugin settings are stored (either in a configuration file on the Harddrive or somehwere in Windows Registry) and adjust it from there

Hi Cory. Thank you again.

I did it (changing arrow) many times but nothing happened. Horizontal arrow does not appear.
Unfortunately I don’t have another DAW.

Ok.. you said you had more than one native right?
Go to another one, choose a smaller size and say apply to all. Screenshot 2024-01-18 at 7.52.25 PM.jpg

Of course it will mess with the size of others but at least fix your issue.

Hi exoslime.
Thank you.

1.)I did scaling down the resolution in Windows setting. It did not work.
2.)I don’t have another display right now.
3.) “Finding out where the plugin settings are stored” is, I think, good way to fix this problem. But I don’t know the place settings are stored.

Changing resolution might help, as most plugins will resize automatically. I never encountered the same situation like you but I guess this is not a big problem.

Thank you very much to everyone who gave me advice this time. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
I am not good at English. But I hope that you guys feel my true appriciation. Thank you so much.
