Helios® Type 69 Preamp & EQ Collection and the Manley Variable Mu Limiter Compressor Upgrade issue

I own the DSP version of Helios Type 69 Preamp & EQ Collection and the Manley Variable Mu Limiter Compressor. I only received the code for Manley Variable Mu Limiter to upgrade to the native version; I did not get the code for Helios 69. Even when I click the link of the Helios 69 page, there is still nothing, Does someone have the same issue?

Open a support ticket. There are a few people having these issues, but support can get you sorted out.
