Yes, it had been solved one day after my post here while Verve took me a week.Did you ever get this resolved? I just opened a ticket for the same issue but with Verve Analog Machines. Purchased, but no license sent from UA.

no issues here. UA will survive just fine. as with all tech. from cars to fast food, some folks have issues and UA always helps resolve it.Same issue here but on a different plugin, purchased after running the demo, but ilok still lists it as a demo/trial. Tried clicking activate but doesn’t change. In UA connect it still has the BUY button. Raised a ticket 6 days ago. No reply. Very frustrating to say the least. Surely UA can’t go on like this.
