Help please - Dynamic mic works on Apollo Twin USB but not Condenser Mic regardless of settings?

Hello

I'm trying to get my AT 2035 condenser mic to work with my Apollo Twin. I HAVE had it working but can't see what's going wrong here. Any dynamic mic I have here works fine. The At 2035 works fine with the same cord if I run it into my 18i20, but not the Apollo Twin. I've tried both channels, both with 48v in, and no luck - not seeing any reaction from the meters.

Do you have another 48v mic that you could test, to see if the problem is the 48v?

Well that makes just too much sense....

So I went and grabbed another condenser and when I plugged it in and pressed the 48v button it flickered like it was having an issue with a relay but then it worked. When I tried the AT 2035 it works now as well. Thanks for the reply.
