Help!!

Hey guys,

So today has been a very confusing day as just yesterday I recorded a track just fine. My Macbook recognises that there is an apollo twin x plugged into it through the DAW and through the settings. It even plays music through the monitors just fine off of any application including logic. However, the mic won't work? The monitoring on the hardware works fine but on the Console my UAD isn't being recognised and there is flatlining when attempting to record vocals? I have updated the new version (V11.1.0) and still no luck.

I have attempted to contact UAD and have had zero response as of yet. I also can't follow a reinstall guide because on my Mac I don't have the 'Uninstall' icon in the Applications tab that the very first step on EVERY guide is directing me to?

PLEASE can someone help me!

Open the UAD Meter and Control Panel and hit the System Info tab to see if your device shows up.

What daw are you using? you may need to give the daw permission to use the mic before it will recognize input.

Even if you don’t have the uninstall app in the UA folder for some reason, try deleting the other files in the procedure then reinstall.
