How do I back date UAD software, Cubase and Wavelab won't load with version 11

I upgraded to version 11 on on my Windows 11 computer and I cannot load Cubase and Wavelab. I found UA support on their website horrible. You type info on this bot message box and it does not help you move on to get help from an actual person.

How do I backdate to the prior software update?

I received a message
One or more UAD plugs have been disabled.

Driver code -50.

Please contact Universal Audio customer support if the issue persists.
