hi!

i wanted to download the 4.0 software from universalaudio.com but i lost my passowrd. i tried to create a new one but no email arived! i tried 20 times. how can i obtain somebody at ua who can help me? i can't find an email adress on the website only for technical questions and i get no answers on that adresses. please help! i need the update!

Hello!

Did you try the \"Forgot Your Password\" link at the my.uaudio.com?
If that`s not working send email to info@uaudio.com
You can include your card`s ID and serial number to email as it may
help processing.
