How do I redeem the software included with Volt audio interface?

Hi, I'm a new UA user, just bought a UA Volt 476p. I've downloaded UA Connect, registered the product, and downloaded the Essential plugin package. So far, so good. Now, where's the software (Ableton Live Lite, Melodyne, etc.) that's supposed to come with the unit?

The UA tutorial video instructs me to click "Software," but my UA Connect panel doesn't have that tab (as you can see in the attached file).

Is there another way to access the included software?

Does it sound like the problem is on my end, or did my device perhaps not come with the promo software?

If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you! I'm very unfamiliar with the UA ecosystem but want to get started recording and learning!

Update: After a few days, the software now appears on my UA Connect page. I don't know for sure how the issue got resolved, but I'm happy and excited to get started recording!
