Could you link me those cables? amazon or something. I'm finding mixed searches and i want to get the right ones. You want 1/4” TRS cables.
Best way is go from Twin Line 3/4 to HP4 and set up a cue mix out of line 3/4 in Console or Luna. If using a 3rd party DAW and Console you can feed your DAW audio playback to a virtual channel into Console to provide a cue with both live and recorded audio to the HP4.
ProCo isn't available to buy in amazon for me, i have prime..https://www.sweetwater.com/store/de...h-trs-male-to-1-4-inch-trs-male-5-foot-2-pack
I’d go at least ProCo quality. Link is for a pair.
My experience with those kind of cheap cables is that the jacks are not great quality and cables are poorly shielded (not as big a deal for TRS balanced) and sleeves are thin metal that will dent or easily bend. I’ve also had the tip break off and get stuck in the jack. They will probably be ok as long as you plug them in and leave them, but not really made to handle often. Personally, ProCo is as low as I go, but I prefer Mogami with Neutrik or Switchcraft jacks.ProCo isn't available to buy in amazon for me, i have prime..
Would this work? Also a pair. https://www.amazon.com/Elebase-Inst..._g_13152801_d_sccl_3/141-0982614-1745445?th=1
Hi Sik,I have purchased an headphone amp to get a dynamic volume boost for the tracking solo artist, needless to say I don't know how to setup it up with my Apollo Twin X. The headphone amp package did not include any cables except the power supply, so that would be good to know.
The sound quality is normal, nothing crazy, I bought it to give me multiple headphone outputs and most importantly provide more volume to the headphones for the artist when recording since a lot of musicians like to hear the instrumentations and themselves loud when tracking.Hi Sik,
How is the sound quality and loudness of Presonus HP4 compared to Apollo Twin X? Is it better than Apollo or equal or worse?
I also want to buy this headphone amplifier.
Thanks a lot.
