How to activate the apollo licenses from my native bundle

I bought the signature bundle during Easter, and last week I bought an old secondhand silver Apollo 8 DUO.
I followed the full installation process, firmware updates, and everything seems to work fine (which is quite impressive for such an old interface, it still sounds so clear), but I can't find a way to register my Apollo, and link it to my licenses in UA Connect.

The instructions online seem to suggest that it will happen at the end of the installation process,
and when i manually add my serial number, i get redirected to the these instructions online.

Have you clicked Authorize in the UA Meter app?

Yes. And it seems that it activated some plugins, which i think were from the previous owner, but nog any of the ones I bought

Be sure to get a ticket open with Support, they'll have things for you to try. Go to help.uaudio.com, click on the Support bot icon in the lower right corner and type “create ticket”
