i know this may qualify as the most stupid question of this century BUT:

we're working with wavelab at my school (where i'm a teacher  )

i've been searching high and low abouth dithering, when going from e.g 24 to 16.

how do you apply dithering in wavelab?? i tried to render in wavelab with settings set to \"16 bits\" but my file stays 24 bits...

in other words, how do i make sure my 24 bit file gets dithered??
could someone explain in big letters how one applies dithering in wavelab??

thanks in advance, sincerely IQ 34
