How to "pair the device to the same external Wi-Fi network"?

My Power Book (with Catalina) is either connected to the OX or to the internet.
What to do (in the Mac's settings) in order to "pair the device to the same external Wi-Fi network"? My Mac is in German. I did not find anything about "pairing" with regards to WiFi - and quite honestly, I don't want to spend hours to make this unit working.

Thanks. However, this actually is a quote from the manual, p. 54 on my version.
"Pairing" obviously means switching back the WLAN via "Netzwerkname" (sorry, everything in German in my case) and having the OX under "Weitere Optionen" in the "Bevorzugte Netzwerke" (there simply is a list of all networks my computer detects).
This works for now, but it did not work some months ago (I use the OX for recording just frequently).
Why doesn't UA in the manual not simply say: "Switch back to your WI-FI network in your system settings"? So one gets confused in case of a failure possibly stemming from some wrong kind of "pairing".
