I bought the Avalon Plugin, and it doesn't appear active.

Hello, I have asked for support from UAD but I don't know what is happening, I bought the Avalion Plugin, and it does not appear active, it appears to me that I should buy it and even so on my UAD registration platform it appears installed, does anyone know what is happening?

Unison uses UAD-2 (DSP) plugins, not native. All plugins used inside Console are DSP only.

UA Connect is for native plugins only.

Did you authorize your DSP plugins using the UA Meter & Control Panel app?

Yes, I already did it, the panel appears in the photo as installed, the rest of the DSP, and I don't understand all that, but it's very simple, I bought it, and it should be active on my console and it isn't.

The pic you posted is of UA Connect (native plugins only), not the UAD Meter & Control Panel app.
 
What is your ticket #? Happy to look into it for you.

As mentioned above, that screenshot is for the native version and you're trying to load the DSP one in the other screen.

Go to the UA Meter app and click Authorize.
ohhhhh, thank you very much... I had to look for where that Control Panel AND THE Metter was... I already found it... thank you, now SOLVED.
