I have a Volt 1. Just bought a Volt 2, can't redeem new Ableton Live Lite license?

Hi everyone,

I have a Volt 1 that I'm going to sell soon. A few months ago on this Volt 1 I've already redeemed the Ableton license that came with it.

Just bought a Volt 2 today that also comes with an Ableton Live Lite license. However, I can't redeem it. It just shows "Info" and when I reveal the serial key it's the same one that I got with my Volt 1 before. What can I do? Do I have to sell and transfer my Volt 1 first?

Strange, you shouldn't have an issue. The only thing I registered when I bought my volt was the Ampeg bass sim, that went easy enough.
