I have opened a ticket over a week ago no response

#785459 is my ticket number

My Apollo Twin MKII will not power on and I need to send it in to get repaired. Literally nobody has even looked at the ticket in over a week. I have replied to the ticket thread twice in hopes of getting support. I even called UA's phone number and all it does when you click the customer support option is they tell you open a ticket online.

What kind of customer support is this? So am I going to wait two months to get my interface working again? Mine as well throw it in the trash and buy a new one at this point.
