Yesterday I was buying the Signature Bundle and I completely overlooked 2 separate plug-ins that had been sitting in my cart for awhile. I ended up checking out with them and paying an extra $225 for the 2 plug-ins that I didn’t need anymore hence having the signature. I know I messed up.
My dog just recently had 2 ER trips for major grand mal seizures which were so expensive and we have a move from WA to TX at the end of month (I know this isn’t anyone’s problem, but my mind was just not fully there). All in all, this extra $225 mistake is not something I can afford right now. I noticed it right away after checking out and sent in a support ticket immediately yesterday the same day. Hoping this can get resolved to get a full $225 return, or at the very very least I can get a refund/discount of $125 for a 2 plug-in bundle at $99. Truly anything helps at this moment, just how life goes sometimes.
I love Universal Audio and have been a loyal customer for a decade and have spent close to thousands of dollars. Have had an Apollo Twin Duo for 8 years and still love it and use it all the time. Bless & Respect.
