iLok/UA license's bug

Hello, everyone!
I decide to knock the UA doors, because iLok license system works awful and messes me from making my tunes and work.


I cannot use my plugins and cannot even open ua connect (pic.1) app because of license issue. I delete my old ilok account, but might have forgotten to deactivate licenses from cloud, so now i am having zero chances to transfer my UAD licenses. I always thought that deletion of any account (iLok for example) automatically deletes anything from it.

I reinstalled the ua connect, iLok/pace, reboot pc - nothing changes. I guess this is issue with deleted iLok account (pic.2) with ua licenses on cloud activations (pic.3), but i cannot de-activate them because of permanent deletion of iLok ID. Why did i do this? Because iLok so old and i wanted to change ilok id. Help me please!!!

Yes, that second picture shows bad news. All licenses are lost. Possibly forever.

That is a difficult situation.

I think that UA need to change this, that possibly everybody who deletes their ilok lost ua plugins. Fuck iLok! Just thrown my money, please help. Ticket was created as #810987

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.
