Import Session To A Template With Settings Already Loaded

I have searched and dont know that I am using the right keywords to find the answer. My steps are as follows:

1. I have to import my live recordings into Logic because LUNA doesnt read the .wav files for some reason.
2. After editing everything to size I export the Logic file to a .AIFF
3. I open the .AIFF file into Luna
4. I want to put all of these files now into a Template I have so after saving the initial song file I close then open up the template and Import Session. (which to me is another stupid step that can I not just import the .AIFF file into the Template instead of all these steps?) This Template is one I saved with all the PlugIn settings already adjusted.

Here is where I cant find the answer. So this is from a complete show but I am mixing each song separately, but I want to keep the plugin settings for example Kick with its EQ and Compression and whatnot, so that I dont have to set it up every time. Is there a way to import the files into the Template to where all of my different EQ's etc. are already set up for each track? It is the same show so the plugin settings on each track should not vary much between songs for my mix.

Also dont know if anything has changed on the whole importing the recorded files from the board yet without having to do this whole Logic converting stuff yet.

I record live sessions through a Midas M32R and it is recorded on an SD card. 32 channels, yet the .wav file is a single file when I transfer it to my computer. When I try to import with drag and drop in Luna or actually "Import" in Luna all it does is import a single channel. When I do this in Logic all I do is start a new session, drag and drop and it runs through the whole file then asks if I want to create new tracks. I do that and in about 30 seconds all 32 tracks are dropped in. I usually then have to rename everything but it's there. Luna doesnt do this by either dropping or importing. It always just puts it on one track and it doesnt even sound right just high pitch garbage.

So maybe it is a Midas problem I dont know but Logic does it just fine Luna no go. Each one of those files from the screen shot is approx 4.3 gb of songs or usually 3 songs. But within them are 32 channels although not all are used probably 26 channels on this concert but you have to record 32 channels.

Have you tried this?

No I haven't but thanks for the link. But what about importing the same tracks just different songs into a template and all the plugin settings are already adjusted. Is that possible?

So for simplicity
Track 1 Vox
Track 2 Guitar
Track 3 Bass

I import a new song into the template and the plugins are already set from the same session just a new song, is it possible to have the plugins already set without having to go through each channel and adjusting EQ's Compressers whatever I might use. Mainly the API Vision but some may have the API 2500 or Manley will those settings stay the same or does it reset even though I saved the template with everything adjusted?

Use Import Session Data. This is the easiest and best way to get settings into sessions.

IMO, it basically made Templates obsolete.

Drew, have you done one of your down and dirty videos of this great feature. Might help some people.

If you have a moment...I started when I actually typed that. You give so much of your time to this community already.
