Impossible to get in touch with UAD (and to buy a plug-in).

I'm actually kind of sorry to bring this sort of thing up on this forum, but I'm simply frustrated. About a month ago I purchased a plug-in in the online UAD store, and recieved an email confirming that the order had been processed. However, the plug-in has not yet been authorized and the order still lists as \"pending\" in my shop account.

I've tried getting in touch with UAD over the past month by email but I've not gotten a single reply. I've tried several of the UAD support mails as well as an online contact form, but still no word from them.

Is this normal support-behavior from UAD, and does anybody have good advice to how I could actually succeed buying a plug-in from this company?

I can always get through to a person by phone immediately. They're good with me about e-mails, too, perhaps your e-mail address is being blocked or something.

The same happened to me and found the support to be very prompt and effecient without patronising me with silly questions.
