Input midi notes

I might be blind, but..

If i use the pencil to add midinotes on the grid, is there any place I can see the actual name of the note?
Sure i can see the pianoroll, but when working in 3 octaves it’s rather small, and i like to look at more than one bar..
Just want to see if Im drawing a C and not a B for example.
I think this is so obvious, but I just can’t spot it?

If you click the "Fold" button at the top of the piano roll, it will show the notes.

But it only shows the notes for what you've placed on the grid. If you select a note you can move it up and down with the arrow keys, or use shift-up/down to move a whole octave.
