Installing Audio UAD Signature Edition Software Bundle

I bought a copy of Universal Audio UAD Signature Edition Software Bundle from zounds.com. I have no hardware so think this bundle should work great for me. I recieved the link to register it, but there are no clear instructions on installation beyond that point. I don't know what to download beyond that. UAD Spark, Apollo etc. The bundle does not show up in my iLok account. Can anyone help? I'm on a Mac Studio by the way.

I have a similar problem with this purchase of the 11 plugs!; I managed to load the "UA Connect" app and install it; in this application, I clicked on the authorize plugs button, then on the install plugs button; result: they are on my iLok account but no plug is installed on my mac!! incomprehensible! Did you manage to install them?

They are installed but I can't activate them. They are not even showing up in my iLok. Been having this issue for about a week now.
