is X16 possible in basic configuration (without heritage)

hello I already own 2 twins an octo , and a 2192, thinking of buying a X16;

ah I should have been clearer, in fact this is for three different setups...one is analogue desk based with twin and the octo, one uses a twin and then I am setting up a new console studio..since I already have a lot of plugs, both apollo and spark, my question is whether I can get a basic x16 cheaper than the heritage version

Ah…I have not seen non HE x16s available since the chip shortage back in 2020. There are x6/x8/x8p available as non HE, priced at $400 less, but no x16s that I have seen. I would call a UA retailer and ask if it’s possible to special order.

that is what I thought; I read somewhere that you can choose a different plug if you already own it, but I don't really need any more. Thanks for taking the time to answer..

x16s are HE only.
