It's not you, it's me: Apollo Twin/Luna Plug In viewing

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the ecosystem but loving the quality, I'm sure it's me but when I am on UA connect I cannot see all the plug ins that came with the device but when I go to my account I can see them there (Ampeg Bass Amp and several others), I purchased a bundle but only one of these is visible on the device but again all listed in the account plug in section. What am I missing? Many thanks in advance.

UA connect just shows native plugins. Apollo runs DSP plugins. Currently, the DSP versions can be seen by using the UA control panel app, or the web version.

Thank you - having finally updating my Interface, DAW and Computer after 12 years has not been as hard as I thought - Loving LUNA now I've got into the workflow - already releasing music this week after only a few serious attempts of getting my head around it. Thanks again
