I wonder if the Tip of the TS/TRS plug separated from the shaft. I have seen this happen.

no, it did not. it seems to be in full shape. i have no idea why it is stucking in. it seems not to broken. it just sticks in there as if there is a lock hooked to it.

Is the Tip smooth, shiny and tight in the shaft?

Does it stick in other insert Jacks on the unit?

Check a different cable into the same input. If it doesn’t stick, use that one.
Unfortunately, jack and sleeve tolerances aren’t as consistently precise as they used to be. Ask any amp or pedal builder.

The thing is, it is stuck in there and I can't get it out. And my question is kind of is there a way to get it out by destroying the cable and take the cable apart and get the pins out or is it better to open the Apollo and do it from the inside or if I have to send it in and have the input replaced. Maybe someone has experienced this and how to handle it best. Thank you very much.

I personally would open up the Apollo and at least see if it can bevseen/felt and maybe moved and pushed out.

I assume you have tried twisting/turning it while pulling? If it's mounted in a rack take it out and turn it upside down, push in as hard as possible then pull on the cable.

I would also open the unit and take a look inside, especially if it's out of warranty.

If it’s an Amphenol or Neutrik, they are sealed but there is a small hole in the back center where you can stick a small screwdriver or paper clip and try to push it out. You may also have access to the retainer clip as I’ve seen them with a small rectangular access hole on the rear as well.
