Hello everyone!

I am a new Mac user. Wow, what a different world. I have been using the IBM world of goods for a very long time. However, after not wanting to use IBM hardware for my studio because of instability issues in so many areas, I am venturing out with apple products. I purchased the
Apollo twin x with all its nice stuff. only one problem, I attempted to download the free LUNA Software and received the message that my license was pending. I did not know I had to have the Apollo twin X connected when I did this. I understand it is a free download for Mac users.
Can anyone tell me how I can reset the download, uninstall it etc?. I dove into the Mac world, now I hope I don't drown in it
Thanks family. What a beast of equipment this is!!!!!

The first couple weeks are quite a transition. Macs are MUCH less customizable, but you'll find a way to resolve most the things that'll frustrate you.

I personally remap my keyboard shortcuts so Ctrl C is copy, like PC. It's easy to remap the modifier keys and that helps a lot.

I was a PC guy for decades and I still have them and love them for the things they are good at. Imho a Mac is the best tool for music production, or at least the less problematic. I recommend pushing on through and learning the Apple alternate universe, then you'll know both systems. ✊

The trick with macOS is not to try and change it into Windows, because you'll have a bad time (like the above poster suggested changing key commands).

Instead, take the time to learn its beautiful UI and functionality, and you'll never want to touch Windows ever again.

Like everything new - it'll take a beat.

They are completely different user systems. the Mac Trash can is on the right side of the screen and the Windows recycle bin is on the left side. Or is that the other way around. lol

Thanks for the advice. I still use other computers as well. But, your are absolutely correct that Mac is better.

You know what! it really does not matter because you can move them to where you like them to be.
