Were you at least notified by email when the order was being processed? Was it possibly an error or correction by your postal system regarding VAT? Please PM me the details so that we can look into making future visits more seamless. Thank you.Sonic_X said:... i had to pay to the Postman extra 90 Euro by delevery (this info was NOT provided at them website when i odered the card)
That has nothing to do with JRRShop. I assume it was custom fees and VAT, and that is something you always have to look up yourself.Sonic_X said:I live in Germany and got UAD-1e from them like a month ago.....surprice was, that i had to pay to the Postman extra 90 Euro by delevery (this info was NOT provided at them website when i odered the card)
Have you still not received a response? We don't answer e-mails over the weekend (well, *I* do but the normal site contact e-mail doesn't).Qasar said:I´ve tried contacting them by way of email but never get any response. Are they not looking for international customers perhaps?
That is not JRR fault. Anything you import outside the EU, you have to pay extra VAT+ custom duty. When you're lucky, the thing slips thru the customs, but when it ships with e.g. Fedex you always have to pay .Sonic_X said:I live in Germany and got UAD-1e from them like a month ago.....surprice was, that i had to pay to the Postman extra 90 Euro by delevery (this info was NOT provided at them website when i odered the card)
