Just checking...No Spark Plug-ins in Console? Only DSPs on Inserts?

That seems like how it works....
1) Console - UAD DSP plug ins ONLY, in both Unison slot and Inserts.
2) Luna - DSP only in Unison OR as an Insert, but Native (Spark and third party AU or VST) in Inserts only.
3) Any Daw - SPARK/DSP plug ins on inserts, depending on what version one has.

Some plugins included in Spark subscription do also have DSP versions, but you need to purchase DSP plugins separately or in bundles and you will get the UADx (spark) version free. Spark is just the subscription service for the UADx native versions.

For example, if you buy this https://www.uaudio.com/uad-plugins/plug-in-bundles/uad-signature-edition.html you get 44 UADx "Spark" plugins, plus you get the UAD (DSP) version of the 35 or whatever plugins that have both DSP and Native versions.

I would love to be able to use UADx plug-ins for things like OBS while only having to use console to do it, it would be much simpler. Just have OBS and console open.
Mostly a live-streaming use case. There is more than enough horsepower on M2 machines without needing DSPs to do it.

Joe is on point here.

Console is a control interface for the Apollo interfaces. They only have DSPs… Everything in Console is running on the Apollo units and not on your Mac…
