Cripes, I could mix an album before the demo's expire!!

But without a doubt, the VSS3, DVR and NonLin are clearly in a class by themselves when compared with any other native or DSP verb...Hands down...

So far my system seems stable with the two UAD's and the Multiface in Samplitude...knock on wood

How would you compare them to your Nuverb?

The reverbs on the Powercore are always excellent, they seem to have the edge there somehow. Although I used an instance of Realverb pro on my latest. It made a subtle difference, when I used mostly an early reflection as opposed to a a large decay.

hummmm...it may be a cliche, but the Nuverb is just "lush"...it shimmer's so sweet...typical lexicon. As other's have stated, the VSS3 is typically better at making everything separate better in "space" and "time" without being so noticeable and getting in the way...But I have only played with the demo presets so I am sure there is wayyyyy more to experiment with.

The DVR is a worthy substitute for the Nuverb but I think the Nuverb is still noticeably better for that smoooth reverb effect. I ain't no reverb expert, but I can still tell the difference...This is why I'll be keeping the one card around...

The NonLin is just wild!! Freaky stuff man...I luv it, although I don't know how much I would use it considering I tend to write and record more "earthy" stuff

The NonLin2 presets are very effect-oriented but there are a couple for drums that are excellent. I used to hate the NonLin2 (mostly because of those damn presets) until I realized what an excellent replacement for my Rev 7 it is.

Seems like the TC forums don't have anything in the way of sharing presets for the VSS3, DVR or NonLIN for PC VST users...

Do you know of any other resources for getting your hands on more presets that are extrapolated from the 5000 hardware??

I agree completely..and this "edge" seems to be a popular thing for most of todays popular rock and country music

..and this is where the Nuverb/Lexicon 300 just knocks it out of the park...The DVR and VSS3 are great, but the Nuverb is just something more yet...
