L22 and calibration

I am trying fairly desperately to get some concrete help with my L22.... I went to the new help bot and asked about calibrating my L22 and was referred to articles that had nothing to do with my microphone.... Is it possible that UA tech support could get any worse? A year ago they answered the phone, then they went to being able to email directly, now they've got an impersonal robot answering questions that have very little to do with the issue.

My L22 light is going on and off randomly on a daily basis. The levels of the two sides ( front and back) are all over the place... sometimes 100% to the
left side, sometimes 50/50 and sometimes 75/25... I attempt to use the calibration tool but since the channels are linked I have no control over each channel.
Maybe there's a YouTube video that helps with calibration..... thanks in advance for any help.

It sounds like it's no longer just the LED.

I'd get with Support about having it serviced.

Calibration is not needed for linked preamps with identical gain. As Drew mentions, it sounds like there is a bigger issue that will require service.

What interface are you using with Sphere?

Calibration mode is only used when you have 2 mic pres that do not have ganged gain controls.

so I have the switch set to CAL.... not ON. The attached wave form is what I get.... On playback it does sound balanced when going thru the sphere plugin. Without the plugin it's imbalanced.

If the switch is set to ON it only prints the front diaphragm ....
